Honeymoon Inn Shimla

Amazing hotel with free wi-fi, luggage storage, and a great restaurant. I remember on my first stay, the staff even helped me with a phone charger. Make sure to try the in-room breakfast! I'm coming back for a city break.

polite staff, good views of the hills, everything is good. there are many cosy and neat rooms. the breakfast was tasty and satisfactory, we greatly enjoyed a huge variety of meals. the service is exceptional, includes private parking. they offer wake up service and ironing at no cost too.

The view from the hotel was amazing.

Upon arrival, we struggled with access as the taxi could only drop us off a considerable distance away from the hotel due to the steep, unlit road. Carrying our luggage up the last part was quite challenging and not what we expected for a hotel of this rating. The room we booked didn't meet our expectations in terms of comfort for the price.

I felt completely comfortable at the Honeymoon Inn Hotel. The staff was attentive and went beyond what was necessary, i.e. at my request I even got a desk placed in the room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The bed was super comfortable, and very important in Shimla: there was even an electric blanket. The food was delicious and varied, and the breakfast was very good.

It took Laundry a long time to get the clothes back. When I asked, it was said to be climate-related (the weather was wet and cold).

Steep way to the hotel, but relatively fast in the center. Many monkeys near the accommodation.

The hotel has well-maintained lawns with beautiful sunset views, made our stay enjoyable. Take the buffet meals. It's a great deal compared to ordering individually.

Oh, the beef dishes here were an absolute delight-tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor! Plus, the view from our Honeymoon Suite was nothing short of amazing, perfect for capturing dreamy sunset moments. The staff were very good too.

Now, the taxi situation was a bit of a gag. Initially, we were fixed on a price for a ride, but our driver threw a curveball by asking for an extra 5000 Rupees after a quick detour to the State Museum. A bit cheeky, but we giggled it off because the experience shone brighter than that hiccup.

Comfortable room, excellent location, with easy access to the city center just a 15-minute walk away, and a beautiful game room that provided a fun break .
